Using Parihaaram.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Parihaaram website and service at parihaaram.in. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The service

Parihaaram provides AI-assisted Vedic astrology readings and birth chart analysis. The service is operated from India and is available globally. All content generated by Parihaaram is for personal, informational and self-reflection purposes only.

AI-generated readings are intended for entertainment and self-exploration. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, legal or other advice. Predictions are interpretations, not guaranteed outcomes.

We do not provide death-date or remaining-lifespan predictions. Marriage and childbirth predictions are restricted to chart subjects aged 21 or older whose age can be established from their saved birth details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Parihaaram and to make purchases. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you provide another person’s birth details, you are responsible for having appropriate permission to use those details. The age restrictions for predictions apply to the person whose chart is being discussed.

3. Your account

You may browse public pages without an account. Saving birth charts, using AI chat and purchasing credits require sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

4. AI credits and payments

Certain features require AI credits, which may be purchased through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Prices and the total payable amount are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorise the stated payment.

Credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. For refund eligibility and cancellations, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for an unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or reproduce the service’s content or outputs at scale.
  • Use automated means to access the service without our prior written consent.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, authentication mechanisms or prediction restrictions.

6. Intellectual property

Software, design, text and trademarks on Parihaaram are owned by or licensed to us. You may use your personal reading privately. You may not commercially reproduce or distribute Parihaaram’s content or interface without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parihaaram and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable to you or a third party for modification, suspension or discontinuation of the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect changes. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
